摘要
该研究采用SCL-90和自编的高中教师工作压力量表同时对418名高中教师进行了关于工作压力和心理健康状况的调查研究。结果如下:第一,从总体来看,高中教师的工作压力感受偏高,心理健康水平较低;第二,高中教师的心理健康水平显著低于国内普通人群;第三,工作负荷、考试与升学以及待遇低等方面的压力是高中教师工作压力的主要来源;第四,城乡教师、重点与普通高中教师在压力总体感受和心理健康症状上的差异极其显著;第五,工作压力大小与心理健康水平呈显著正相关,并明显存在线性关系。
This research studies the work stress and mental health of high school teachers by use of Symptom Scale(SCL 90)and self made Scale for Work Stress on High School Teachers at the same time.The results obtained are in the following.(1)In general, high school teachers' feeling of work stress is relatively strong, meanwhile they share a worse state of mental health;(2)The level of mental health of high school teachers is remarkably lower than that of average domestic population;(3)Work burden, examination,entering a higher school,social status and income are the major sources of the work stress of high school teachers;(4)The general feeling of the stress and mental health symptom of teachers from high schools located in cities and towns or from key high schools and common high schools,varies sharply and significantly;(5) There exists significant positive and linear correlation between the degree of work stress and the level of mental health.
