大米副产物米糠的价值与国内外的开发应用 被引量:3

摘要 米糠是大米加工的主要副产物,占稻谷重量的5%~7%,富含近百种营养成分和数十种功能性生物活性因子,有非常高的保健开发价值,市场前景广阔。
