摘要
目的:研究乳疾宁胶囊的成型工艺。方法:考察不同辅料对浸膏粉吸湿性的影响;以颗粒的合格率作为指标,筛选最佳制粒成型工艺条件,并考察颗粒的临界相对湿度,休止角及堆密度。结果:微晶纤维素为辅料抗湿性能较好,浸膏粉与辅料按7∶3的比例混匀,加入95%乙醇0.25倍制软材;制得颗粒流动性较好,临界相对湿度为50%,堆密度为0.466 g.mL-1。结论:该成型工艺合理、可行,为大生产提供了科学依据。
Objective:To study the formation technology of Rujining capsule.Methods: The influence of different excipients on the hygroscopicity of extract powder was investigated by screening the best processing technol-ogy conditions and inspecting the critical relative humidity,angle of repose,and bulk density.Result: Microcrys-talline cellulose as excipients had a good anti-wet performance,the extract powder and microcrystalline cellulose were mixed evenly in proportion of 7∶ 3,the 95% alcohol was used as the weting agent,its amount was 25% of ex-tract powder.The granules of end product had a good fluidity,the critical relative humidity was about 50%,bulk density was 0.466 g.mL-1.Conclusion: The molding technology is reasonable,and can provide reliable basis for production.
