摘要
目的:优化妇科调经胶囊的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用单因素实验确定妇科调经胶囊的煎煮工艺,以芍药苷转移率和总固体物收率为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定提取液中芍药苷含量,并对干燥工艺、成型工艺进行考察。结果:优选的制备工艺为以12倍药材量的水煎煮2次,第1次3 h,第2次2 h;浓缩后于60℃真空干燥,粉碎后灌装胶囊。结论:该制备工艺稳定、合理、可行,为工业化生产提供了科学依据。
Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of Fuketiaojing capsule. Methods: Decocting process for Fuketiaojing capsule was determined with single factor test used the transfer rate of paeoniflorin and yield of solid substance as the evaluation indexes, and the content of paeoniflorin in the extract was measured with high performance liquid chromatography. Drying technology and forming process of Fuketiaojing capsule were studied. The optimal preparation technology of Fuketiaojing cap- sule was selected. Results: The optimum preparation technology was as follows: adding water the a- mount of which was 12 times that of medicinal materials, decocting two times, 3h for the first time and 2h for the second time, concentrating and vacuum drying at 60℃, after grinding, filling the capsules. Conclusions: The preparation technology is stable, reasonable, practicable, and provides a scientific basis for the industrial production.
