57例AA和AA-PNH综合征及PNH患者CD55CD59缺失率测定结果分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨CD55、CD59缺失率对再生障碍性贫血(AA)、阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症(PNH)及AA-PNH综合征的临床诊断意义。方法:应用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测人体外周血中性粒细胞表面抗原CD55、CD59的缺失率。结果:大部分AA患者CD55、CD59表面抗原在中性粒细胞上缺失率<5%,PNH患者CD55、CD59缺失率均明显增加;少部分AA-PNH综合征患者CD55、CD59缺失率正常。结论:FCM检测患者外周血中性粒细胞CD55、CD59表面抗原的缺失率对AA患者病情变化及PNH的诊断具有重要的临床意义。
