沙棘对大鼠胸腺基因表达谱的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过对大鼠胸腺进行基因表达谱分析,评价沙棘对大鼠胸腺基因表达谱的影响。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,服用沙棘组出现表达差异基因共15条,其中ratio>2的上调基因11条,而ratio<0.5的下调基因4条,涉及免疫细胞因子、细胞凋亡等相关基因。可见沙棘影响了胸腺基因的一系列表达,这些基因的表达可能为从分子水平探讨沙棘促使T细胞生长提供基础。 The gene chip expression profiles of rat thymus were anahyzed,and the effect of Hippophae rhamnoides L.on gene chip expression profiles was evaluated.The results showed that compared with the control,15 differential expressed genes were found between test groups,11 genes with ratio above 2 were up-regulated,4 genes with ratio below 0.5 were down-regulated,which were involved in genes related with immnne cell factors and cell apoptosis.So these gene expression profiles about rat thymus induced by Hippophae rhamnodies L.may be one mechanism promoting growth of T cell.
