摘要
采用硫酸镓为催化剂合成己酸戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用次数等因素对收率的影响。结果表明硫酸镓具有催化活性高、价廉易得、易分离回收、重复使用性良好、废液排放量少等优势。适宜条件下收率达95.52%。
Hexanoic acid and n-pentanol reacted to form amyl hexanoate by using gallium sulphate as the catalyst. The investigated effects conclueded amount of the catalyst, reaction time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and repeated uses. Experimental results showed that the catalyst was and could be used repeatedly. Under the best conditions its yield could reach 95.52%.
