摘要
目的 研究双歧杆菌粘附对肠道细胞生理功能和能量代谢的影响。方法 以婴儿型双歧杆菌DM92 2 7菌株粘附大肠癌 CCL - 187细胞为实验模型。结果 婴儿双歧杆菌 DM92 2 7菌株在适宜的条件下与培养的大肠癌 CCL - 187细胞共同培养 1h后 ,CCL - 187细胞的碱性磷酸酶以及琥珀酸脱氢酶的细胞化学显色反应均有所增强。结论 双歧杆菌对被粘附的大肠癌细胞的生理功能和能量代谢具有正向影响。
The adhesion of bifidobacteria to cultured human colorectal carcinoma cell line CCL 187 cells was investigated. Mixture of bifidobacteria DM9227 and CCL 187 cells were incubated for 1 0 hour under given conditions (pH6 5 7 0,37℃,2mmol/l Ca 2+ ),After cytochemical stained with alkaline phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase dye, the specimen was examined under contrast microscope. The results showed that under optimum conditions, the adhesion index is 9 0±3 8 bacteria per cell (bpc) after subtracting that in background, there were no changes in morphology of bifidobacteria and cultured cells. The cytochemical stain of alkaline phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase were found strongler than before strain DM9227 adhesion. The results suggest that the adhesion of B.infantis strainDM9227 could improve biological activity and energy metabolism of cultured colorectal carcinoma cell line ccL 187.
