摘要
分析了广东调频辅助服务市场机制下,综合调频性能指标K计算方法,针对调节速率K1、响应时间K2、调节精度K3的影响环节,通过CCS控制系统参数优化,使K值显著提高,机组变负荷过程中各主要参数运行平稳,机组调频服务市场日中标次数提高90%以上,为机组储能调频获得竞争优势打下了坚实基础。
This paper analyzes the calculation method of comprehensive frequency regulation performance index K under the market mechanism of Guangdong frequency regulation auxiliary service. Aiming at the affecting aspects of regulation rate K1, response time K2 and regulation accuracy K3, through the parameter optimization of CCS control system, the K value is significantly improved, the main parameters of the unit run smoothly in the process of variable load, and the daily bid winning times of the unit frequency regulation service market are increased by 90 %, which lays a solid foundation for the unit to gain competitive advantage in energy storage and frequency regulation.
