摘要
运用X射线透视原理,设计了基于DSP的电缆偏心非接触式在线检测系统。系统采用线阵CCD传感器接收X射线透射电缆横截面的图像信息,经A/D转换后送入FIFO进行缓存,DSP实现对图像数据的采集与处理,并通过串行接口实现与PC机的实时通信,将偏心信息显示出来。CPLD用于系统的控制逻辑。文中介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件流程,并通过建立数学模型验证了设计的可行性。
X-ray perspective theory was utilized, the design of electric cable eccentricity non-contact on-line measurement system based on DSP was presented. Linear CCD was used to collect image information of cable cross section penetrated by X-ray. Image information was converted by _A/D to FIFO and disposed by DSP. Communication between DSP and PC was supplied by serial interface. Eccentricity information was displayed by PC. CPLD was used to generate system time sequence. The hardware architecture and software flow of the system were introduced. Math former proves feasibility of the scheme.
