摘要
叙述了彩色线阵TCD2252D芯片驱动脉冲的时序要求,设计了利用可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)产生TCD2252D复杂的驱动时序,着重阐述了逻辑设计原理,给出了CPLD实现电路,用MAXPLUSⅡ进行了仿真。实验结果表明该设计简单可行、精确度高,完全符合TCD2252D的时序要求,工作稳定可靠。
The requirement of time order for the colorized linear TCD2252D driving impulse was described. And the complicated driving time order of TCD2252D was designed by using the complex programmable logical device (CPLD). The emphases was the principle of logic design. The CPLD implement circuit was presented and simulated on MAXPLUS Ⅱ. The result of experiment indicated that the design was simple, feasible and precision as well as it coincided the time order of the TCD2252D and worked well.
