摘要 选用激光传感器和加速度传感器等设备,构建了基于dsPIC30F6012A单片机的平整度自动检测系统。系统中采用CAN总线实现与上位机的数据可靠传输,满足传输速度与传输距离的要求。该系统实现了公路路面纵断面数据的有效采集和传输。试验结果表明检测结果不受检测速度和车辆颠簸的影响,满足我国公路平整度检测的要求。 An automatic measurement based on dsPIC30F6012A was developed to detect the surface roughness of highway pavement. In this system a laser sensor was used to give the distance of the measurement system to the road surface, and the acceleration sensor named ADXL105 was used to eliminate the effect of vibration. For meeting the need of transmission speed and transmission distance, CAN technology was adopted to realize data communication with PC. The route profile data can be effective acquired by this method, and the experimental results obtained show that compared with the conditional devices, the system has many advantages, including high accuracy and high speed, it can meet the requirement of highway pavement roughtness measuring without any velocity and vibration restraint.
