摘要
采用声振法研究混凝土路面板脱空与声学特征变化的关系,利用有限元方法分析有、无脱空混凝土路面板的振动频率。通过声振法检测,得出脱空的范围与声学特征参数有很好的相关性。以某一脱空路面为例,通过计算分析,提出以反映路面脱空位置和程度的固有频率和频率下降率的组合参数来识别路面的脱空面积大小和位置,为用声学特征进行混凝土路面脱空等缺陷无损检测提供理论和实验依据。该法速度快、精度高,便于实际应用。
In this article,using acoustic-vibration for nondestructive testing (NDT)to detect the cavern underneath the concrete pavement slab is studed.The resonance frequencies of concrete plate with or without cavern are calculated by finite element method (FEM).The cavern area has certain relation with the acoustics parameters,such as inherent frequencies,ratio of frequency drops.With the acoustic vibration metnod,it is possible to detect the cavern area and position underneath the rigid pavement.The method is fast and more accurate,it is convenient to use in actual engineering.
