摘要
初步研究了海藻糖对载药脂质体的保护作用．当海藻糖／磷脂比例达到１∶１时，基本能抑制脂质体的融合；当海藻糖／磷脂比例达到２∶１以上时，脂质体的保存率达到９０％以上．实验结果表明，在足够数量的海藻糖存在下，通过真空干燥保存载药脂质体是可行的．
The protection effect of trehalose on drugcarrying liposome was investigated primarily.When the ratio of trehalose/lipid was 1∶1, the fusion of liposome was inhibited;when the ratio was above 2∶1,more than 90% of the content in liposome was preserved.It is applicable to preserve drugcarrying liposome by lyophilization in the existing of enough amount of trehalose.
