摘要
面对当前教师培训中参训动力不足、培训内容和方式针对性不强、工学矛盾时参训难等较为突出的问题,需要构建教师自主选学的培训机制,包括:建立培训需求调研制度,按需设计培训项目和专题;建立项目招投标和课程研发制度,做好培训资源准备;建立信息发布和选学申报制度,保障教师的学习选择权;建立专题授课制度,精心实施培训项目和课程;建立考核评价制度,评估反馈培训质量。
Facing the current prominent issues in the teacher training such as the propulsion shortage of participation in training,the lack of targeted training contents and methods,and the difficulties to take part in training when contradictions occur between work and study,it's necessary to construct the training mechanism for teacher self-selected learn.The article believes that we should establish the survey system of training needs to design training programs and topics according to needs,build up project bidding and curriculum research and development system to make a good preparation for training resources,construct the information release and the selection reporting system to ensure teachers'right of selection in study,establish thematic teaching system to well execute training programs and curricular,construct appraisal and evaluation system to assess and give the feedback of training quality.
