摘要
将雄性成年大鼠40只随机分为:①正常对照组,②双侧肾上腺切除组,③双侧肾上腺切除后给予糖皮质激素受体拮抗剂组和④侧脑室注射地塞米松组等4组。应用免疫组织化学方法,观察了肾上腺皮质激素对大鼠脑的脑桥以上部分CGRP免疫反应性的影响、结果显示:第1组大鼠可在终纹床核,隔外侧核,基底核,弓状核,缰脚间束,臂旁内、外侧核,脑干躯体运动核,吻侧橄榄核,前庭神经核、蜗神经核以及小脑等处观察到CGRP阳性神经元及纤维。与第1组相比,第2组无明显变化;第3组免疫反应增强;第4组免疫反应减弱。本文从形态学上证明,大鼠中枢神经系内CGRP免疫反应阳性神经元可随肾上腺皮质激素水平的变化而改变,并讨论了糖皮质激素对CGRP的调节机制。
Forty adult male rats were divided into 4 groups: ① normal control group; ② adrenalectomized (ADX) group; ③ADX plus glucocorticoid receptor antagonist; ④ injecting dexamethasone into the lateral ventricle. Using immunohistochemical method we have observed the effect of adrenocortical hormone on CGRP immunoreactivity in the CNS above the pons. The results showed that CGRP-positive neurons and fibers were observed in the bed nucleus of stria terminals, lateral septal nucleus,basal ganglia, arcuate nucleus, habenulointerpeduncular tract, medial and lateral parabrachial nucleus, cranial nerve motor nuclei, superior olivary nucleus, cerebellum, vestibular nucleus and cochlear nucleus in group 1, the result of group 2 was the same as in group 1; CGRP immunoreactivity in group 3 was stronger whereas in group 4 it was weaker than in group 1. The results mentioned above indicated that the CGRP-IR neurons in the CNS of the rat varied according to the adrenocortical hormone level,suggesting glucocorticoid might play important role in regulating physiological function of nervous system.
