摘要
以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)为病源指示菌,从养猪场健康成年猪粪便中分离、筛选出8株对其有抑菌活性的芽孢杆菌。经培养特征、形态观察、生理生化试验以及16S rDNA序列分析,通过对照《常见细菌鉴定手册》确定L-7菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),16S rDNA序列相似度为99.58%,是一株比较理想的潜在益生菌。
Eight Bacillus strains with the antagonistic activities against Escherichia coli were isolated from the intestinal tract of healthy and adult swine.Their morphology characteristics,physiological,biochemical properties and 16S rDNA sequence were analyzed and the L-7 strain was primarily identified as Bacillus subtilis which referred to the manual of common identification of bacteria.The similarity of 16S rDNA sequence between the isolated and Bacillus subtilis was 99.58%.The results showed that this strain was an ideal potential probiotic.
