摘要
益生素作为一种活菌制剂已经在功能性食品以及医药行业中得到应用,选择新的和能满足特殊消费群体的菌种将成为近几年研究的重点。讨论了目前益生素研究中存在的问题,从安全性、功能性以及技术可行性三个方面对如何选择优良的益生素菌种进行了详细的探讨,综合了益生素制剂菌株选择研究的方法及手段,并对目前已经应用和研究的菌种作了简单介绍。
Yishengsu (a kind of pro-biotic preparation) as a kind of life microbial preparation has applied in functional food and pharmaceutical industries. Select new strain seed that can meet special consumers' demand will be a key study in the near future, The existing problems was discussed and investigated from three aspects i. e. safeness, functionality, and feasibility in technology to select superior strain seed of Yishengsu in detail. Research and selection means of the Yishengsu preparation strain seed were also summarized. The application and research of being-used strain seed of Yishengsu were also introduced.
