摘要
为摸清图书馆的"家底",掌握馆藏的实际情况和一段时间内财产丢失情况,发现并纠正业务工作中存在的一些问题,保证为读者提供准确可靠的数据,应用江文系统典藏模块的馆藏清点功能,利用数据采集器采集条码,清点图书37.86万册,其中丢失2 063册,丢失率为0.54%。由此得出结论,开放式管理模式馆藏清点需做好清点前的充分准备,选择适当的清点方式,对清点过程中出现的问题做出记录并及时解决。
A total of 378 600 books in Library of Dalian Medical University were checked using the Huiwen system made in Jiangsu Province and data collection device in order to know its true holding and missed books, find and correct the problems occurred, and provide users with the reliable data. Two thousand and sixty-three books were missed or lost, with a loss rate of 0.54%, indicating that full preparation and selection of appropriate check methods before checking, recording problems found during checking and their solution in time should be stressed in book checking in an open shelf library.
