摘要
新世纪的图书馆要改变旧有的管理模式 ,综合运用现代化科技手段 ,完善图书馆法制化建设 ,以科学的管理来促进服务效益。
The old mode of administration thought should be altered in the new century's library. In order to promote the service benefite with scientific administration, the legal system of library should be perfected by means of the synthetical use of modern science and technology.
