摘要
对账和盘点是当前图书馆清点工作较为常见的两种方式,本研究在对商洛学院图书馆清点实例的分析的基础上,对这两种方式的优劣进行了比对。研究结果显示,盘点方式检查错误的准确性和总体工作进度都优于对账方式,在今后的图书清点中应结合本馆实际,坚持并完善这一方法,以期进一步提高清点工作的实效。
Reconciliation and inventory are two common methods in current library inventory.The advantages and disadvantages of them are compared on basis of analyzing examples of the inventory in Shangluo University Library.The study shows that this inventory method is better than the reconciliation method in the accuracy of checking errors and the overall progress of book inventory.Combined with the actual situation of our library in the future book inventory,this method should be persisted and made perfect in order to further improve the efficiency of inventory.
