摘要
按照《社区护士岗位培训大纲》进行培训的社区护士称为全科护士,全科护士的培训是目前社区卫生中心的重要工作,也是具有培训资质医院的一项重要任务。随着我国卫生体制的改革,社区医院在我国卫生体制中占有越来越重要的角色,社区护士是社区医院重要的组成部分,社区护士的水平直接影响着社区的医疗水平。我国大部分的社区护士普遍存在学历偏低,所学知识不能满足社区居民日益增长的健康需求。加强对社区护士的继续教育和培训,促进社区护理事业健康、快速发展,适应社会的需求,辅助三级医院完成慢性疾病的管理,有助于为我国医疗卫生保健事业做好充分的准备。本文对全科护士的培训中存在的问题给予总结归纳。
The community nurse who trains according to ＂Community nurses on-the-job training outline＂ is called general nurse.General nurse training is an important work of the community health center,is also an important job for hospitals with training qualifications.Along with our country reform of health system,community hospital occupies an increasingly important role in China＇s health system,community nurses is an important part of the community hospitals,community nurses level directly affects the level of medical care.Most of the community nurses in our country have a low educational background and knowledge cannot meet the growing health needs of the community residents.To strengthen the continuing education and training of community nurses and promote the healthy and rapid development of community nursing,adapt to the demand of the society,assisted to complete the management of chronic diseases of tertiary hospital,which are help to be prepared for the medical health care in our country.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the training of general practice nurses.
