摘要
[目的]探讨护理本科生时间管理倾向与自尊的关系。[方法]采用青少年时间管理倾向量表和自尊量表对296名护理本科生进行集体测试。[结果]护理本科生时间管理倾向与自尊呈正相关,其中时间效能感、时间监控观对自尊有显著的预测作用(P<0.01)。[结论]护理本科生的时间管理倾向与自尊呈正相关。
Objective：To probe into the relationship between time management tendency and self - esteem of undergraduate nursing students. Methods ： A total of 296 undergraduate nursing students were investigated by adopting the adolescence time management disposition scale and the self- esteem scale. Results. There was a significant positive correlation between time management tendency and self - esteem. Among which, time efficacy feeling and time monitoring view have significant predictable effect toward self- esteem（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： There was a positive correlation between time management tendency and self- esteem of undergraduate nursing students.
