摘要
目的探讨时间管理在血液透析室护理工作中的应用效果。方法将实施血液透析护理常规管理的7 530例次透析作为对照组,将实施时间管理的8 030例次透析作为观察组,比较两组护理不良事件发生率、护理投诉率和患者对护理工作满意度。结果观察组护理不良事件发生率、护理投诉发生率显著下降,患者对护理工作满意度得到大幅度提升,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论时间管理能提高护士的管理能力和工作效率,帮助护士达成高质量工作目标,有利于提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of time management of nursing care in blood dialysis room. Methods A total of 7 530 times of hemodialysis were seen as the control group, receiving routine care,and another 8 030 times of hemodialysis as the observation group, receiving time management during the therapy. The incidence rates of nursing adverse events, patient complaint rates and pa- tient satisfaction with nursing work, between the 2 groups were compared. Results The incidence rates of nursing adverse events, pa- tient complaint rates in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group, patient satisfaction in the observa- tion group were significantly higher than in the control group （P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion Time management could improve nur- sesr management ability and work efficiency, and help nurses fulfill their job with high quality, which is beneficial to improving pa- tient satisfaction.
