摘要 流式免疫分型作为血液系统肿瘤的一个重要的辅助检查手段,目前在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的诊断,预后评估及微小残留病检测方面的价值,已经被越来越多的学者认同,本文就将在MM的免疫表型特点,在临床中的应用进展作一个综述。 Flow cytometric Immunophenotypic is one of the normal technology in the diagnosis of Hematological neoplasms.In recent years,lots of researchers know that Flow Cytometric Immunophenotypic is valuable in diagnosis,therapy,prognose and Minimal-Residual-Disease Detect of multiple myeloma.The Review will show the the development of Flow Cytometric Immunophenotypic in multiple myeloma's diagnoses and clinical events.
