摘要
目的:探讨多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者免疫表型表达特点。方法:应用多参数流式细胞术(MP-FCM)测定30例MM患者和8例继发性单克隆免疫球蛋白血症骨髓细胞免疫表型。结果:骨髓瘤细胞CD138和CD38均阳性,86.7%CD56阳性,而CD45阴性或弱阳性,93.3%CD19阴性;继发性单克隆免疫球蛋白血症患者CD19、CD38、CD138、CD45均阳性,CD56阳性率12.5%。结论:应用MP-FCM同时检测细胞表面CD38、CD138、CD19、CD56、CD45表达情况,可方便区分骨髓瘤细胞与良性浆细胞,是MM的重要诊断依据。
Objective：To explore the characteristics of immunophenotype in bone marrow of the patients with multiple myeloma （MM）. Methods ： CD45/side scatter（ssc） gating tri-color immunofluorescence muhiparameter flow cytometry（MP-FCM） was used to test immunophenotype of 30 MM patients and 8 patients with secondary mono-clonal gammopathy. Results ： Myeloma ceils displayed both CD138 and CD38 positive expression. CD56 was 86.6% positive while CD19 was 93.3% negative and CD45 was negative/low positive. The results of patients with secondary mono-clonal gammopathy show that CD19,CD38,CD138 and CD45 were all positive while CD56 was negative except one patient. Conclusion：MP-FCM is an important diagnostic method for MM and testing CD38,CD138,CD19,CD56 and CD45 can help distinguish myeloma cells from plasma cells.
