摘要 目的通过检测多发性骨髓瘤患者血清中IL-33水平,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法选取2012年1月—2013年1月间37例多发性骨髓瘤患者,50例健康对照者作为研究对象,应用ELISA方法检测所有研究对象血清中IL-33水平,并进行统计学分析。结果两组研究对象IL-33检出率无显著差异,但MM患者IL-33水平与健康对照者相比显著降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),且IL-33水平与MM分期呈负相关。结论 IL-33水平降低可能通过调节细胞免疫的变化而促进多发性骨髓瘤的进展,维持T细胞亚群平衡可能有助于骨髓瘤疾病的治疗。 Objective To detect serum IL-33 level of multiple myeloma patients,and to explore the correlation between IL-33 level and multiple myeloma. Methods From Jan 2012-Jan 2013,37 cases of multiple myeloma( MM) patients and 50 cases of healthy controls were assigned as the research objects,ELISA method used to detecte serum levels of IL-33 of all the objects. Data were analyzed using method of statistics. Results IL-33 detection rate of two groups had no significant difference,but IL-33 level of MM patients decreased significantly compared with healthy controls( P &lt; 0. 05),and IL-33 level of MM had been shown to negatively correlate with MM stage. Conclusions IL-33 levels may be decreased by adjusting the cellular immunity to promote the progress of MM. Maintaining the balance of T cell subgroup may contribute to the treatment of myeloma disease.
