摘要
以MCS8031单片机为基础,实现步进电机的细分控制。在细分控制中,细分步数由软件设定,最大细分步数可达4096步。实验结果表明,细分控制提高了步进电机定位精度,减小了步进电机的低速振动。
A stepping motor subdivision controlling system is presented. MCS8031 emmbeded microcontroller has been used in stepping motor subdivision controlling system. The step of subdivision can be set up by software. The maximum subdivision step is 4096. Stepping motor subdivision controlling can increase the accuracy of step and reduce the vibration of steeping motor in lower speed.
