摘要
提出SPWM(正弦脉宽调制)新方法实现可变细分技术驱动步进电机,使步进电机各相电流接近正弦波,以模拟同步交流电动机的圆形旋转磁场,消除了电机步进运行工况,使电机出轴匀速旋转;也避免了同步电动机变频调速的局限性,获得了步进电机无脉动宽范围的速度调节功能,实现步进电机的恒转矩细分运行.
A new method using SPWM(sine pulse width modulate) to realizes adjustable subdivision technical driving stepper motor is introduced in this article. The method makes current in each phase similar to sine wave and emulates round rotation magnetic field of synchronous induction motor. It also gets rid of motor's stepping state and makes the motor's axle rotate in constant speed. Further more, it avoids the limitation of VVVF used in synchronous induction motor and attains stepper motor's no pulsation and wide range speed adujsting effect.
