摘要
论述了一种软、硬件特点互补的单片机控制的综合微步驱动系统.文中给出步进电动机的综合微步驱动系统的结构及实现的方法,阐明微步驱动电流波形,给出试验结果。表明该系统可使单片机的软、硬件功能得到充分的利用.硬件结构相对简单.系统高、低频运行性能和起动性能有明显的提高.
t is presented in the Paper that newmicroprocessor controlled micro-stepping driving systemof stepping motor synthesises the advantages of bothsoftware and hardware.In the paper the construction andrealizing method of Synthetical micro stepping drivingsystem are given, synthetical micro-stepping currentwave is described,experiential results are also gived,It isshown that the function of the hardware and software arefully utilized, The construction of the hardware is relatively simple,systemic performance of stepping motorstarting and OPerating in high or low frequency are improved.
