摘要
目的：了解凤山县免疫规划工作现状，推动免疫规划工作持续发展。方法：采用查资料、看现场、入户访问等方式收集信息，填写综合调查表；按随机抽样原则调查319名2002—2007年出生儿童预防接种情况。结果：凤山县免疫规划工作人员、设备、经费投入不足，工资报酬较低，重医轻防思想严重，各项工作措施落实不到位，免疫规划疫苗接种率较低。结论：凤山县免疫规划工作十分薄弱，需从政策、经费、管理等方面提出相应对策才能扭转被动局面。
Objective： To understand the Fengshan Xian immunization status of work to promote the sustainable development of the work of immunization programs. Methods ： The investigation data, look at the scene - home interviews, collect information, fill out a comprehensive questionnaire; according to the principle of a random sample survey 319 children born in 2002 -2007, the vaccination. Results： Fengshan Xian immunization program staff, equipment and the funding shortage, wages lower paid, re - thinking of medical light anti - serious, the implemen- tation of the measures in place, low rates of vffccination immunization program. Conclusion ： Fengshan Xian immu- nization programs work is very weak, and the need of policy, funding, management, and propose appropriate measures in order to reverse this situation.
