摘要
目的探索计划免疫可持续发展的良性循环的运作机制。方法广西壮族自治区以对麻疹进行高危县预警预防爆发,对计划免疫工作落后县以黄牌警告促追赶,设定近期奋斗目标为策略。结果政府重视,部门实干,技术把关,使计划免疫经费得到落实,机构得到充实,管理得到加强,业务得到提升,疾病得到有效控制。结论以人为本,以科学发展观为指导,探索出高效可行的计划免疫运作模式。
Objective To discover the operation model for EPI＇s beneficial cycle in a such a long time. Methods Took the high-risk prediction of measles outbreak and the yellow warning for the poor coverage county as examples, the strategies were carried out in order to arouse the governments＇ attention. Results The government＇s high attention, the departments＇ efforts, and the professional supports made the fund of EPI very effective and the disease got strictly controlled in Guangxi. Conclusion It is necessary to discover a practical and high effective EPI＇s model according to human orientation and scientific development.
