营养干预对运动性贫血铁人三项女性运动员铁代谢的影响 被引量:9

Intervention for Iron Metabolism of the Female Triathlon Athletes with Exercise-induced Anemia by Sport Nutrition

摘要 铁人三项运动属于体能主导类耐力性项目,以有氧为基础。因此,要求运动员有较好的有氧能力。是维持生命活动的必需微量元素,铁是血红蛋白的重要组成成分,与运动能力特别是有氧能力关系密切。以运动性贫血女性铁人三项运动员为研究对象,分为贫血组,对照组为正常运动员。训练期间进行为期8周的干预,贫血组给予铁复合制剂而对照组给予安慰剂;观察营养补剂对运动员红细胞相关指标、血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白以及血清铁的影响。研究结果表明:运动性贫血运动员血清铁、血清铁蛋白显著低于正常水平,机体铁代谢紊乱;营养干预后的贫血组运动员的红细胞相关指标、血清铁、血清铁蛋白浓度上升,并显著降低了运动员的血清转铁蛋白浓度,表明铁复合制剂可有效改善贫血运动员铁代谢紊乱状况,对运动性贫血有一定的治疗作用。 Triathlon are physical endurance dominant class project.Aerobic capacity is the base.So,the athletes must have high level of it.Iron is an essential trace elements for life-sustaining and it also is the most composition for Hb.So Iron is very closed to aerobic capacity.In the study,the subjects were the female triathlon athletes with sports anemia,the normal athletes were in the control group.During the 8-week training,the athletes in the test group drunk Iron compound preparation,the control ones drunk water with nothing to observe the effect of the Iron compound preparation.In the study,we tested indexes of RBC,SI,SF and Tf.These indexse could reflect the level of iron in the bodies.Before the intervention,athletes in the test group had lower values of SI,SF than the ones in the control group,it suggested that athletes in the test group had disorder of iron metabolism.After intervention,the levels of indexes of RBC,SI and SF in the test group were higher than before,and Tf was lower than before.So it suggested that the iron compound preparation could inhibit the disorder of iron metabolism of the female triathlon athletes with sports anemia.It also had a certain therapeutic effect for sports anemia.
