摘要
新型网织红细胞参数能较早的反映红细胞的生成情况,为监测骨髓的造血活动提供及时可靠的信息,受到了广大学者和医学工作者的重视。大量研究表明,网织红细胞参数在监测铁缺乏和溶血等方面具有较高的敏感性和特异性。本文对于网织红细胞重要参数的临床应用意义进行归纳和探讨,希望能筛选出一个或几个有意义的参数,为进一步的相关研究提供参考。
The new types of reticulocyte indices attract more and more researcher抯 attention, because it could reflect changes of the erythropoiesis, provided the information of the marrow抯 erythropoietic activity, and has the high sensitivity and specificity. At present, the use of reticulocyte indices is often in clinical. Based on the iron deficiency and hematoesis, this article explored the effect of the reticulocyte indices in the clinical application. Hope to find some more accurate indices, to provide more information in the future research.
