摘要
用脂质体包裹Eimeriamaxima孢子化卵囊抗原给鸡口服免疫,以103个孢子化E.maxima卵囊/只的剂量攻毒,可使鸡获得46%的保护力。ELISA检测结果表明,鸡体在免疫后产生了特异性抗体。SDS-PAGE结果表明,所提取E.maxima孢子化卵囊可溶性抗原至少有16条带,其中8条主带分子量分别为:>97.4kD、47.9kD、42.7kD、35.5kD、29.5kD、23.4kD、13.5kD、10.5kD。用Western-bloting分析结果表明,口服活卵囊初次免疫14d后的鸡血清,可识别出4条带,其分子量分别为:>97.4kD、60.3kD、47.9kD、42.7kD。
Protection percentage was 46% after chickens immunized orally with lipsome entrapped antigens of Eimeria maxima sporulated oocysts were challenged with 1000 sporulated E.maxima oocysts per chicken.It was showed that the chickens immunized with lipsome entrapped antigens produced specific IgG by ELISA.The predominant proteins of E.maxima sporulated oocysts separated by SDS PAGE were 47 9kD,42 7kD,35 5kD,29 5kD,23 4kD,13 5kD,10 5kD and one band of >97 4 kD,respectively.When probed with sera obtained on day 14 post primary infection with E.maxima oocysts by western blotting,the major antigens of E.maxima sporulated oocysts recognized by anti E.maxima antibodies were 60 3kD,47 9kD,42 7kD and one of >97 4kD,respectively.
