摘要
本文通过对客车车身结构的力学分析,来探讨应力蒙皮等构件对车身强度、刚度及动态特性的影响和作用。建立了各种模型,通过计算分析对DD680车身的强度进行评估和改进。最后根据计算结果总结出的规律,来说明承载式车身合理的结构型式。
This paper studies the effects of the stressed skin structure on the strength, rigidity and dynamic property of the bus body via the finiteelement analysis to a DD-680 bus. Firstly, a model of the body structure of DD-680 bus is established.Then, this model is analysed with and without considering its skins.The analytical results are compared with the experimental ones. Finally,the author provides a discription of an improved integral body structureaccording to the analytical results.
