摘要
本文简要汇集了笔者近年来用有限元方法对中国城市客运大客车车身结构强度研究的主要成果。通过对多种型号城市大客车车身计算研究及主要强度指标的统计分析,总结了中国城市客车车身强度问题特点。从车身构造拓扑数据和构件几何参数等两个方面研究了影响车身强度的主要原因及改进设计对策。为车身结构优化设计提供了依据。文中提出了从“车身承载度”的概念评价大型客车车身承载力的方法。并用车身、底架变形比和车辆受载后、车身壳体吸收外力功所储存的应变能与总外力功之比等两种方法定义“车身承载度”。用这个理论指导车身设计、合理地匹配车身和底架之间的刚度、可以提高车身结构强度、并在实用中收到了较好的效果。
This paper presents the author's recent studies of structural strength of urbanbus bodies with the finite element method.A summary is provided of the principalproblems encounted and their solutions in structural strength.It has proved effectivein practical design of bus body.The paper also describes two evaluation methods foran item called Body Carrying Capabality with deformation ratio of body to frame.The evaluation methods can be used to properly match the rigidity of body andframe. In the last part of the paper, the author offers computation examples aboutsome kinds of urban bus bodies made in China.
