摘要
对纤维素酶液体深层发酵进行了生产工艺的研究。在实验室摇瓶试验的基础上，进行了纤维素酶的二级和三级液体深层发酵的工业生产性试验。使酶活力达到140～155u／ml．为进一步的工业化生产提供了生产工艺路线及工艺参数。
Production technology the deep fermentation of cellulase were studied in this paper.Two and three stage liquid cultivation industrial production of cellulose were studied. The ac tivation of cellulase was 140 ～155u/ml. The technological process and the parameter were provided for the industrial production of cellulase in three stage deep fermentation
