摘要
运用Lyapunov泛函方法，讨论一类具有时滞的神经网络模型平衡点的全局渐近稳定性，并获得一个新的充分条件．
By using Lyapunov method,the global asymptotic stability of the equilibrium of a class of neural networks model with delay of the following form was studied. A new sufficient condition was obtained.
