摘要
建立于DNA基础之上的分子标记对于作物改良和多态性研究具有重要作用。RAPD是以PCR为基础的一种分子标记,与AFLP、RFLP相比,具有简单快速,DNA需要量小等优点。自1990年以来已经得到了广泛的应用。本文着重讨论了RAPD在禾谷类作物的基因标记与辅助选择,基因作图,品种鉴定和多态性分析方面的应用。
DNA based molecular markers have becone important tools for genetic improvement and phylogenetic relationship studies of cereal The most Commonly used molecular markers are RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,and microsatellites,The RAPD technique,based on PCR is easier,faster,and requires a smaller amount of DNS than RFLP,AFLP or microsatellites.The RAPD technique has been widely used since 1990.The successful use of the RAPD technique in marker assisted selection,genetic mapping,cultivar identification and plogymorphic analysis in cereal crops was discussed in this paper.The reproducibility problem of the RAPD technique and ways to improve were also discussed.
