摘要
应用 RAPD标记技术对番茄杂种一代粤星种子纯度的鉴定进行研究的结果表明 :在 15 9个随机引物的 RAPD反应中 ,有 11个引物使亲本间具有多态性 ;分别用母本特异引物 OPJ- 11和父本特异引物 OPF- 0 9就可以对番茄一代杂种粤星种子纯度进行RAPD鉴定 。
The qualification of seed purity of tomato hybrid 'Yuexing'usingRAPD techniqnc was studied. 11 primers out of 159 had polymerphism between parents. Pnimers OPJ-11 and OPF-09 were selected to qualify the seed purity of hybrid tomato'Yue xing',The result showed no different with plant test in the field.
