摘要
本研究主要探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（ＬＡＳＩＫ）治疗高度近视的并发症。对ＬＡＳＩＫ术后随访半年至一年的病人１０９例（２０３眼）进行分析，其术中并发症：角膜瓣蒂过宽或切开不完整２眼（１％）、角膜瓣切断２眼（１％）、角膜瓣过薄６眼（３％）；术后并发症：角膜瓣细微皱褶４眼（２％）、角膜瓣下混浊３眼（１．５％）、角膜瓣下异物４眼（２％）、角膜瓣下上皮植入５眼（２．５％）、眼底出血６眼（３％）。ＬＡＳＩＫ术后并发症较少，但有些并发症可严重影响视力。
This Study was designed to evaluate complications of laser in situ keratomileusis for myopia.We had followed up 203 eyes of 109 patients after LASIK for 6 months to 1 year.The complications during the operation:the broad hinged or incomplete corneal flap were 2 eyes (1%),the corneal flap cut off were 2 eyes (1%),the thin flap were 6 eyes (3%);The complications after the operation:fine wrinkles of the corneal flap were 4 eyes (2%),cloudy interface were 3 eyes (1.5%),the foreign body under the corneal flap were 4 eyes (2%),the epithelial ingrowth at the edge of the flap were 5 eyes (2.5%),the fundus hemorrhage were 6 eyes (3%).The complications of LASIK are rare,but some of them have a serious influence to visual vision.we should pay attention to the complications of LASIK.
