摘要
目的 :改进LASIK中角膜划痕形式 ,以易于判断错位角膜瓣是否对合。方法 :将通常所用的一字划痕改为偏心的T字划痕。结果 :当角膜瓣有水平、高低、旋转错位时或游离瓣放反时 ,T字痕便无法完全重合。结论 :T字划痕是一种简便、敏感的判断角膜瓣是否错位的角膜标记。
Objective:To improve the style of marking on cornea in LASIK to make it easier to determine the incorrect cornea cap recovery.Methods:To change the marking “-” on cornea into “T” on one corneal side.Results:“T” marking can't maintain its shape when the corneal cap moves horizontally, vertically or rotatively or the free cap is put on the reverse side.Conclusion:“T” mark is a simpler, esaier way to determine the incorrect cornea cap recovery.
