摘要
目的采用IL2PE40、CsA、雷公藤对角膜移植排斥反应进行实验性治疗。方法以Wistar大鼠异种角膜异位移植为模型,比较IL2PE40、CsA、雷公藤的免疫抑制疗效,同时测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及T淋巴细胞集落形成数。结果IL2PE40、CsA、雷公藤均可推迟排斥反应的发生时间。IL2PE40能明显减弱T淋巴细胞集落形成能力,T细胞集落数术前为201±18.9,术后第5天为213±19.4,而CsA、雷公藤无该方面作用。结论IL2PE40较CsA、雷公藤特异性高,且提示有可能在更高层次上抑制排斥反应的发生。
ObjectiveIL 2 PE40,CsA and triperygium wilfordii hook were used to treat corneal allograft rejection.MethodsUsing the Wistar rat model of heterograft heterotopic graft rejection,40 rats were divided randomly into IL 2 PE40,CsA,triperygium wilfordii hook and the control group.On 2,5,7,10and 14d after the transplantation,the transplanted corneas were removed for pathological examination.The peripheral blood was collected for the analysis of T cell subgroups and T lymphocyte forming unit(T CFU)assay.ResultsIL 2 PE40,CsA and triperygium wilfordii hook can delay the development of corneal graft rejection and significantly reduce the percentage of T helper cells.IL 2 PE40 can weaken the gathering capacity of the peripheral T cell.ConclusionIL 2 PE40 has much more specific effect than other treatments and may inhibit the corneal rejection at higher levels.
