国产重组人红细胞生成素注射液治疗肾性贫血的疗效观察 被引量：32

摘要 为了观察国产重组人红细胞生成素注射液（ｒＨｕＥＰＯ）的临床疗效和安全性，选择肾性贫血病人１９４例，其中益比奥治疗组１２２例，对照组７２例，对照药物为利血宝及生血素。结果：治疗组７２例中，总有效率９１７％。对照组７２例中，总有效率９３１％。两组显效、有效及无效频数均无明显差异。结果表明：ｒＨｕＥＰＯ用于治疗肾性贫血安全、有效，且与进口同类产品相似。
