摘要
针对工业生产单晶硅太阳能电池对绒面的要求,结合中国电子科技集团公司第四十五研究所研制的全自动制绒清洗设备中制绒工艺段的结构设计要点,从制绒工艺的原理、标准、影响制绒工艺的因素等方面进行分析,强调设备与工艺密切结合的重要性。
In this paper, the automatic texturing ＆cleaning equipment is designed tier solar ceil surface texturing process by the 45th research institute of CETC, The design concepts and criterion based on the chemical process and key points of texturing process are analyzed and discussed, with emphasis on the essentiality of inosculation between equipment and texturing process.
