摘要
本文剖析了重力式皮带秤的物理特点及其被控要求,给出工程优化实现的硬软件设计方案,提出时滞系统离散化二次优化算法的两种通式,并已成功应用于水泥生料配料微控系统中。两年多的现场运行证明,离散数字化的二次优化控制算法,具有与其连续模拟算法极相似的性能,适用于变时滞对象,是一种简便实用、控制优良的优化算法。
The physics and controlled demands of the weight belt balance are dissected. A design scheme of hardware and software for engineering realization and two general expressions of twice optimum algorithm for delay system are presented. Them alread succeed in applying to computer controlled burdening system in cement production line. The results verify that performance of discrete digit algorithm of twice optimum control is similar to continuous analog algorithm of twice optimum control and suited to valiable delay object. It is an efficient algorithm for engineering design.
