Biodistribution of ^(11)C-podophyllotoxin in murine model of lung carcinoma

摘要 目的研究11C-PDT示踪剂在荷肺癌小鼠体内的生物分布。方法荷肺癌小鼠随机等分为3组,经尾静脉注入11C-PDT,分别于注入后15min、30min、60min用井型探测仪测量11C-PDT在各脏器及肿瘤组织的生物学分布。结果11C-PDT在肾脏放射性分布最高,在肿瘤部位有较高的放射性摄取,在注药后60min时肿瘤对肌肉组织的T/NT值较高。结论11C-PDT有望作为肺癌PET显像的示踪剂。 Objective To investigate the biodistribution of 11C-podophyllotoxin (11C-PDT) in a murine model of lung carcinoma. Methods Mice bearing lung carcinoma were randomly divided into three groups according to the injection time of 11C-PDT. Biodistribution of 11C-PDT in mice was detected with a well-gamma detector 15, 30, and 60min after 11C-PDT injection from the tail vein. Results The distribution of 11C-PDT radioactivity was the highest in kidneys. A considerable radioactive uptake was observed in the tumor. However, the tumor/muscle ratio was rather high 60min after 11C-PDT injection. Conclusion 11C-PDT can be used as a promising PET tracer for lung carcinoma.
