摘要
目的了解太原市社区卫生服务职工的工作满意度情况及相关影响因素,为制定决策提供依据。方法利用随机抽样的方法进行现场自填式问卷调查,应用统计学方法进行结果分析。结果对满意度影响由强到弱的因素依次为:福利待遇、制度公平、领导重视、职称晋升、工作环境、发展空间。结论提高医务人员的薪酬福利、改变培训方式、降低医务人员的职业风险,完善双向转诊制度,从整体上提高社区卫生服务职工的工作满意度。
Objective To survey the satisfaction and related factors of community health care service in Taiyuan to provide a basis for its decision-making. Methods We used a random sampling methods for on-site self-administered questionnaire survey and the statistical meth- ods for result analysis. Results The main factors affecting the satisfaction of community health care service included benefits,fair system, leadership attention,title promotion,working environment,room for development, etc. Conclusion It is very important to improve the salary and welfare, change the training mode and reduce occupational risks of medical personnel and improve the two-way referral system so as to en- hance the overall satisfaction of community health staff.
