摘要
IL-15是一类重要的促炎症因子,在机体固有免疫中发挥着重要的调控作用。类风湿性关节炎、银屑病、系统性红斑狼疮等许多自身免疫性疾病与IL-15的表达异常密切相关。IL-15基因表达存在着复杂的调控机制。目前国内外研究发现多种因素以多种机制参与IL-15基因表达各个阶段的调节,尤其是转录水平的单核及巨噬细胞功能刺激因子调节和转录后水平的两种特异性信号肽调节,以及最近发现的外源性IL-15和短信号肽IL-15对IL-15的负反馈调节。
IL-15 is an important pro-inflammatory factor. It plays an important role in natural immunity. Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and many other autoimmune diseases are closely related to the abnormal expression of IL-15. There is a complex regulatory mechanism in IL-15 gene expression. Recent studies found a variety of factors with different mechanisms involved in IL-15 gene expression regulation in various stages, especially in the level of transcription by monoeytes / macrophages-stimulating factor and in the level of post-transcription by two kinds of specific signal peptides. The recent discovery of IL-15 negative feedback regulation by exogenous IL-15 and SSP-IL-15 was also discussed.
